Our cats and kittens are fed Blue Buffalo and Royal Canin wet kitten food until the age of 18 months, and anytime a female is pregnant or nursing. Then they can transition to adult cat food.
It’s important to feed Maine Coons a protein rich diet with a high moisture content to promote health and longevity.
Budgetary considerations: our male eats about 4-6 cans of canned wet kitten food per day, plus some dry food. That’s about $10/day just to feed one large male Maine coon!

We offer a 1 year health guarantee for heritable diseases: hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, hip dysplasia, and polycystic kidney disease. It must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.
Once a kitten leaves our healthy cattery, we do not guarantee against contagious illnesses.
Many feline health issues are triggered by stress, and this is why we do not ship kittens. We’ll help you make kitten’s transition to your home as low-stress as possible!

Our breeding cats were selected from healthy lines with no known or reported health issues. Both have undergone Optimal Selection Wisdom Panel genetic testing for hereditary health problems and were completely clear of known genetic mutations that cause common health issues in Maine Coons. Pedigrees were test-mated and analyzed for breeding safety. Both receive regular veterinary care and have no clinical symptoms of HCM or HD.
Additional testing results will be posted as available.
